1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the MotorhomeFun prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) provided by MotorhomeFun (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of MotorhomeFun, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
2.2 Entrants must be Paying, subscribing members of MotorhomeFun at the time of entry.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3.2 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the entry form and answer the question correctly.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3.4 We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prizes are the chance to purchase a 105AH LiFePO4 battery at HALF PRICE
4.2 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.3 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
4.4 The Prize is supplied by Ecotree Lithium, and we make no warranty or representation in relation to it, including but not limited to the Prize’s quality, condition, or fitness for purpose.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be chosen by random draw on or around the 11th of July 2024 performed by a computer process.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of the draw.
5.3 If the winner does not respond to us within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6. Claiming the Prize
6.1 The Prize includes deliver, but may be collected in person.
6.2 We do not accept any responsibility if the winner does not claim the Prize within 7 days
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 We will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy, available on the MotorhomeFun website.
7.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
7.3 The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to MotorhomeFun at the address provided on our website within 30 days after the closing date of the Prize Draw.
8. General
8.1 We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.3 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
8.4 Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
