When I used to fly to Portugal 2 or 3 times a year I used to get mightily hacked off with the car hire firms at Lisbon airport, someone on here suggested zest car hire and I used them a couple of times and was impressed by the level of service, car quality and cleanliness. 2024 they have been taken over by some Brazilian outfit not at the airport! Car quality and cleanliness still good but you have to get on a minibus to get to and from the airport to catch your flight and you have to wait for a couple or three other people before they send the minibus to the airport to collect or deliver! How to make a great service adequate
