My battery is at 13.7v but my panel shows zero volts. No lights, water pump.
If I plug in 240v makes no difference but the two 240v sockets work.
Solar panel fitted
I have checked the three fuses in the leisure battery box all fine, also checked fuses on rectifier. Cannot find any loose connections.
Any ideas because I'm lost!

Can you post a photo? These sometimes help so folk can see what unit you have.

Welcome to fun 👍

Do you have a switch on the panel which switches the input between habitation and engine battery? Have you accidentally put it in the central (both off) position?

Have you inadvertently turned the 12v Hab supply off?

Ive turned the 12v supply off a couple of times by accident, find your 12v switch

I wish, but the rocker switch is on for 12v, I think it maybe the rectifier.

If it was a british van I might think of the silly relay they put in to turn off the hab electrics when travelling, but not likely to be present in a Burstner.

You're not getting 12v either from your battery or via your charging unit when on ehu. Your charging unit is either faulty or there's a large fuse blown between your control panel and charging unit. You'll need to get a meter and start checking voltages.

Thanks I did check the fuses for conductivity and they were all fine but this morning I went out determined to sort it and began by checking the battery voltage in mcase it had dropped but still high. Then I looked up at the switch that turns on the 12v and it was illuminated!! Checked lights and water pump all working fine. All your helpful comments must have scared the gremlins off Thanks it was helpful being supported and not alone.

Maybe a loose / bad connection or the switch itself is failing..
I would look at the rear of the switch and for what they cost change it as a precaution...
Like others have said pictures do help a lot as there are so many systems.

It could have been the battery teaching a critically low voltage and now recharged? Keep checking it (y)

What make/model is the 12V distribution/fusebox? The next step would have been to see if the leisure battery power was reaching the battery terminal of the fusebox. If you know the make/model you can test strategic fuse terminals to check where the power is reaching. Also helps if you have a manual/wiring diagram, do you have one?
