Just wondering does any funster have this system? I'm looking for feedback on what the quality of reception is like. I have been unable to recieve radio or TV reception. I'm currently in the Manchester area so I would have thought it would have received some channels.

Have you got the extra box of electronics fitted. You are also going to need some form of ariel to receive the broadcast.

Yep thanks dvb box and twin annttena with booster. Work when bought van then company swapped out head unit as original had a volume problem. Has only worked in the workshop after day of them fiddling. Broke one hour into drive home hasn't worked since just keeps cycling search for new channels then none found. I'm at a loss.

I know how they feel. I have a Blaupunkt and it has worked ok for a couple of years then it stopped. Tried everything to get it going. In the end I got so frustrated with it I took it out and fitted a Chinese SatNav Etc. Well that worked really well on the driveway and had alsorts of channels then we went away for the weekend and nothing. FM was iffy and DAB was missing altogether. While we were away I had a bit of time and had a look where the ariels were. We have an A Class with top hung mirrors and the ariels were in the mirror housing. One was fine but the other one had a lot of corrosion round the terminal so tried to remove it and the stick on plastic ariel just fell to bits. So decided on new inside ariel from Amazon. Good reviews and £20 but it worked and I had both FM and DAB so put the Blaupunkt SatNav back in and sent the Chinese one back. The one I bought had a nice 10" screen but it vibrated something horrible as it only had the one locating piece on the back. The Blaupunkt is not bad and certainly better than it was. I have fitted a bluetooth dongle to the AV port so SWMBO can play her music from IPad through the head unit and that works really well.

Thanks sounds very similar set up traced the two cables they run round either door frame and vanish into the bodywork above and behind the cab doors. Might just try the amazon/Ebay stub aerial root I see they get good reviews. Mines is the baby burstner t645 coach built so only 6.3 m to hide the aerials.

We have a Zenec in our Hymer I’ve just posted an update in my original Zenec thread about my solution.
As far as radio & Dvr and dab reception it’s great we have a whip antenna on the roof original equipment .????

Just an update for clarity re zenec unit. Camperuk looked at unit again today and found the updates were incorrect causing the unit to switch off intermittently. The power for the booster on the antennas was also not properly connected. I now have dab radio and TV. All good thanks for all advice.
