I have never produced any youtube videos. But as I can't track down any videos for my 1999 fiat ducato engine, i am wondering if there is any point in me producing a few videos. The PO had a broken cambelt, so as a minimum i will be
1) removing the head,
2) inspecting and assessing the damage,
3) installing a rebuilt head.
Do you think there is any appetite for such videos or, given that there aren't any there at the moment, the engine is of an era that has few owners interested in such things.

I think it's a great idea. Although your won't help me, it will help others. I always go to you tube if I need to do something that I've never done before, or it's been such a long time, that I want to refresh my memory.

I think most people prefer a 'this is how I did it' as opposed to you must do it this way.
As an example RogerIvy produced some great videos when he did his starlink conversion and he showed his mistakes aswell, which I thought were great learning tools for anyone trying the same thing.

I have had to give up on this. I couldn't sensibly get my phone to record enough video, and doing video also slowed down the work. And i am in a bit of a hurry to get this done.
What I have found is that I have to use a combination of resources to work out how to remove everything. I have used as input:
a) Citroen Relay Peugeot Boxer 1.9 and 2.5 Diesel 1994-2001 Owners Workshop Manual Paperback – 28 Sept. 2005
by Brooklands Book
b) 230 244 elearn (courtesy of stevej) - this covers the 244 engine but has some relevance for the 230
c) haynes citroen xsara 1997-2000 - obviously different engine/vehicle but there are some common components e.g. high pressure pump
d) fiat parts diagrams

I'm confused title says X250 then you are talking about a 1999 Fiat, the X250 didn't go into production until 2006. Previous one was X244.
