Yet another EHU adapter

Just discovered at least one site/camperstop in Spain has 32A hookup points. Probably not rated at 32A though. So made up yet another adapter, parts less than £10 though £30 if you buy a ready made one.

I've seen these at marinas, but not on campsites or aires so far. Is the electricity metered?
