I apologise that my initial enquiry prompted a certain amount of dissent but would like to offer some reassurance.
I fully understand why Jim closed the thread because some of the replies were referring to similar companies and experiences, but did not necessarily pertain to webuyanymotorcaravan.com.
My experience has been nothing but positive, in every aspect of the transaction.
Good initial correspondence and a great assessment and handover and a prompt transfer of payment. All done and dusted within 2 hours! The guys turned up in a liveried van, wearing liveried uniforms. They were most courteous, friendly and efficient. I have left a review as requsted by Jim. Once again, thank you everybody for your help over the years, particularly to Jim for giving us all the web site and the community.
We have been prompted to sell up due to me receiving an unfortunate health diagnosis. The last 21 years of motorhome adventures have provided many wonderful memories and friendships which we will cherish.

Pleased it all worked out, this is the review I posted in 2021 when I sold my van to them. I think the key to avoiding disappointment is to have a realistic view of what your van is actually worth before contacting them.

Simple, fair and professional buying and selling process​

First of all I would like to say what a thoroughly nice bunch of people they are at We BuyAnyMotorcaravan, it really does make the selling process so much easier when you can develop a relationship with the team buying from you. Secondly I would like to confirm that I received exactly the amount we agreed before they came to inspect the van. I appraised them of all the issues I was aware of and this was taken into consideration when agreeing a price, at no stage did they try to invent issues or persuade me the valuation was incorrect. Thirdly, the process (for me) was so simple, they handled 100% of the paperwork and the money was transferred to my bank account before they left with the van. Last of all, and most important, I was very happy with the price I received, so in summary, great guys, simple process, quick and fair. If you want a hassle free quick way of selling your motorhome I can't recommend the WeBuyAnyMotorhome enough.
