Can a van blitz battery master be fitted to leisure battery to engine battery on any system to stop engine battery going flat..?YES or NO.
Thank you.

Thank you very muchYes.
I have one on my 300a lithium to top up starter battery it works fineYes and No… I don't think the van bits has a lithium setting. The Ablemail equivalent does have lithium setting.

I assume as the voltage is always over 13v that the starter battery will need on a constant trickle charge with a lithium battery unless there is a switch to turn it off and on?Surely the battery the power is coming from has no relevance - it's just electricity. The battery it is going to is unlikely to be Lithium as it's a starter battery. Van Bitz battery master just delivers a trickle charge - 1.1 amp.

It most probably would if it was a lithium battery. As the chartThe battery master only charges the starter when it is a certain voltage below the leisure. (0.5 volts I believe) If the leisure is at 13v and the starter is full at 12.7 then it would cut off. The Leisure wouldn't always be at 13v anyway would it?
Isn't the difference 0.85v ?It most probably would if it was a lithium battery. As the chart
LiFePO4 Voltage Chart?
Hi guys, I was looking through the mobile-solarpower.com website, and on this page I found a battery voltage chart for LiFePO4 batteries. But I noticed it wasn't showing the exact voltage ranges that my battery data sheet does. My data sheet shows 100% charge at 14.6V and 0% charge at 10.0V...diysolarforum.com
He'd already had 3 yesses. We were on to more interesting stuff! That quickly changed from a "yes or no answer" please.

OP lives in Manchester……so maybe you have a pointMaybe, it depends where you live. In Scotland I have known a few people who have ended up with a flat starter battery with a BM an Ablemail cured the problem.
