Yes and No… I don't think the van bits has a lithium setting. The Ablemail equivalent does have lithium setting.

I have one on my 300a lithium to top up starter battery it works fine😊

Surely the battery the power is coming from has no relevance - it's just electricity. The battery it is going to is unlikely to be Lithium as it's a starter battery. Van Bitz battery master just delivers a trickle charge - 1.1 amp.

I assume as the voltage is always over 13v that the starter battery will need on a constant trickle charge with a lithium battery unless there is a switch to turn it off and on?

The battery master only charges the starter when it is a certain voltage below the leisure. (0.5 volts I believe) If the leisure is at 13v and the starter is full at 12.7 then it would cut off. The Leisure wouldn't always be at 13v anyway would it?

It most probably would if it was a lithium battery. As the chart

Isn't the difference 0.85v ?
So if the lead acid was fully charged at 12.7v the lithium would need to be at 13.55v or above ?

Maybe, it depends where you live. In Scotland I have known a few people who have ended up with a flat starter battery with a BM an Ablemail cured the problem.
