Yes it's complicated Jenny if people who are not on list with their name fill it out, I know who fills it out and I think yours is trophy chap?

When you fill the form Paul gets a PM from you with the details, so a name field is not strictly necessary, however to avoid any confusion I have added the field to the form:thumb:
