Hi all,
I've scoured the internet high and low for industrial workshops/ garages and I haven't been able to find anything suitable (not much space going currently, extortionately expensive, or min 1 year lease).
I had a deal with someone to use a space outside their workshop and I installed a gazebo to work under while converting the van.
Apparently this was the wrong move as it drew the attention of the landlord and he gave me 3 days to leave as the tenant wasn't allowed to sub-lease.
I was there for about 3 weeks so I didn't get too far into the build.
I was wondering if anyone has something available that could work? A barn, a garage, workshop, unit, etc.
I'm working on the build 5 days a week but because the it's not very far yet I'm assuming another 3 months work, but possibly 2 months.
Of course, I'm happy to agree a rental amount for the place.
A winter conversion is bad enough without having a secure place to convert! Unfortunately I can't wait until summer so a place would be very much appreciated.
I'm based in Nottingham city but willing to travel a reasonable distance.
