hi would just like to say had some brilliant customer service fro sargent ,,i had a problem with towing module on my autotrail ,,with rear light flashing randomly autotrail telling me i had to take it to main dealer to get if fixed ,,having messaged sargent about it they called me back to discuss my problem diagnosing it s the wrong software ,telling me that if i could remove it ,and send it to,them they would install the correct software ,,they now have and all seem to working ,,,thanks adam at sargent if only all where as helpful as you ,,,rob
