My RV previously had a Thetford 145A fridge in this motorhome, and it had three wires for 12 volt, and three wires for 230 volt. The new 4145A has three wires for 230V but takes 5 wires for DC; D+, LC+, LC-, HC+, HC-. The RV does not have separate wires for low current or high current DC. Any issues wiring the positive DC to both HC+ and LC+ and the negative DC to both HC- and LC-? The +DC wire in the RV is always hot.

I would presume the 12 LC is for the control side of the fridge the D+ is to switch the 12 volt side when the engine is running and the 12 volt HC is the heavier current required to power the fridge when the engine is running if you connect the 12 volts together you run the risk of the fridge using 12 volt when parked up and flattening the battery but thinking about it as long as your heavier wire can cope with the extra load you should be able to join them as the D+ signal will control the relay that will turn the 12 cooling side on
