Wipers stopped

Hey Guys ... Need some help as wipers have just stopped working and can't use van for work tomorrow if raining. The motor is fine I've tested it...I have 14.4volts off the permanent live but only 13.6 off the switched. If I put 14.4volts on the switched it works (but they would be on permanantly)...any help would be hugely appreciated... Also just realised permanent live only there when engine is running not with ignition ...this seems odd.

Probably a poor contact on the stork switch.
But it should still work at 13v
Burnt contact would be my guess

Does it still flick wipe ? ie when you pull the stalk
