Hi, I’m buying a motorhome in January and would like to know if it is a good idea to leave it on the hydraulic legs while storing it for the winter months?
Thanks

I am having the Al-Ko levellers fitted in Feb, I asked the dealer about storage over winter (here that would be Nov-March) on the legs and he said it would be fine and in fact they advise users to do so...
So can´t speak from actually having done it but this is the current advice I have been given.😁

Why not use it. If paying insurance and road tax take it out. We have just done a weekend at -4 degsC in our 52Plate Swift. If you don't have solar to keep engine battery topped up then your battery will likely be dead in 3 weeks from parasitic drain.
