Winter lay-up & air helper 'springs'

Hi all - Never thought about this before, but is it better to leave the 'helper' air suspension charged or discharged when laid up for long periods? Boxer PCV, very occasionally used as a van by our non-MHer son but not as MH for 8-9 months.

Above 0.5 bar i think is the recommended minimum. That is what I drop mine to each time I park up at home.
