Windows Ducato X290

Could someone tell me if the door windows on an X290 goes all the way down or if it stops with 4 - 5 inches showing.
I ask because I am having some work done to the door on my van ( it got into an argument with a post and lost) and the guy repairing it has messaged me saying it wouldn't go all the way down, but I don't think it should.
Who's right?

I know it will be the same as the other door but as it is with the guy fixing it I can't look, and he doesn't seem to have the brains to look either.

Don't know about the X290 v X250 differences or even which one mine is...

However, mine's a 70 plate and the window doesn't go all the way down (which is really annoying)

It's also the superior Citroën Relay which we all know are faster than the inferior Ducatos....

Excellent, what I wanted to hear, just hope he hasn't ripped the door to pieces trying to make it go where it's not intended to.

I have just sent your excellent photo to the guy repairing my door who has just messaged to say that neither the drivers or passenger window are operating correctly, as they won't go all the way down. Let's hope he doesn't do anything drastic.
