As tittle says really
I have run TV cable from one side of the camper van inside conduit and while i was at it ran a 12v cable with it as i could but now i seem to remember something about its not advisable when doing 240v domestic runs in houses but not sure if the same rule aplies for 12v

Thanks in advance

If the aerial cable is RG6 or Ct100 spec then you should be fine as well shielded, if it stuff from the pound shop you pay get some noise on it.

German vans always run 12v and mains cable in the same trunking, the mains cable is 3 core flex so it's double insulated.

As said don't buy cheap cax cable in addition to noise pick up you will also get signal loss.

Thanks for all replies the tv cax is good quality so all good

OK
12v is DC which has less interference to 220v AC which sets up harmonic interference
NO 12v or 220v cable is shielded to prevent it

The Coax depending on quality will shield the signal cable from interference the more expensive the better shielding

Basically the answer to your question is Yes and the better the coax the bigger the YES

While ive have the van up on block sin the air I shall run another flexible conduit for the 12v side leave the one unused with the TV cable for imergency use in the future if needed
