Would like advice please on sim cards to run TV by wifi.
Best sim for UK plus best sim for France.
Also cost of sim, plus do you have to pay monthly or does data carry over with no extra cost, any advice in simple terms appreciated. about wifi.
Probably only a couple of UK holidays plus 3 weeks in France.
Changed motorhome so do not think it is worth me having sat dish fitted at 84 years young.
Thank You
Geoffrey

Hi Geoffrey first a few questions
Do you have a fire stick or similar or how do you plan to watch TV?
Do you already have a mobile phone with a SIM plan
Do you know which mobile network work in your area

For just 3 weeks in France, the Reglo sim from E.Leclerc is good 60G/month for €9.99 + €5 for the sim or 100GB for €14.99 + €5 for the sim.
When you buy it you need to get it activated at customer services, you will need to show a passport and give an address the local Aire will do.
They say 5GB roaming I used 10 GB in Belgium, Holland & UK before my 60GB ran out.

A lot on here use a fire stick for internet TV, if you buy one you can use it in your TV a home to get used to how it works. Try using your phone to hotspot data for the firestick to use.

If you go the firestick route there are setting which can be tweaked so it uses less data. Does your phone plan come with data or will you be looking for a SIM just to use for data?

I use Huawei Mifi with a sim and I have a Android TV box (works similar to a Firestick.)
