Whitehouse Services (NON BP LPG) Exeter Rd, Tongue End, Okehampton EX20 1QJ NO LPG FOR GOOD

thanks for info

That's a pity always used to top up when down in Cornwall. Looks like it will be Redruth in future.

It would appear that the Exeter Services no longer sell LPG

HOWEVER!!!

Masman, I have an alternative for you, (and seemingly reliable)

At the Exeter services Jnc. come off and turn left towards Sidmouth.
At the first roundabout, 400-600yds go right around and head back
to the M5.
Immediately before the roundabout there is a Left turn which gives
access to Marquis Motorhomes. (It used to be Martins of Exeter)

They have installed an LPG pump which is working.
Their Tel. No. is Tel:01392 446250

Also the garages on Haldon hill and telegraph hill (a38 and a380) just out of Exeter have LPG. Filled up a couple of days ago on the a38 one… I think the Morrisons just outside of Teignmouth on the Newton abbot bound side still do LPG.

Sainsbury's at London Colney have also removed their LPG pump. 😡

Bawdrip garage near J23 of the M5 are removing their pump as well. It is becoming quite scarce around that area now. Basically noting between Avonmouth and the Exeter sites mentioned above. Apart from Staytes in Weston super Mare but they are only open 9-5 Mon to Fri

On the A30 there is LPG at Cornwall Services at Roche (which is to the west of Bodmin).
There are also at least 5 stations in Exeter as the local taxi's run on LPG

I find the the best most accurate place to get LPG locations and up to date prices and availability from MyLPG.eu
You can also download the MyLPG.EU App, free, to your smartphone

Call wharehousing companies and ask where they get LPG for their forklifts. Even if it is delivered to a tank in their yard the same supplier might have a pump in their own yard.

I am sure some of these suppliers will catch on to the fact that there are new customers who could use a pump facility, which would not cost much to install alongside their existing facilities.
