I am wondering which Moho levellers do people recommend? Pretty much every one I clicked on Amazon had at least one review saying it deformed on first use…
And none of them seem large enough to comfortably support all the tyre…

My Fiamma ones have cracks in them and the van is under (just) 3500Kg. That is despite reinforcement with builders foam and some strategically added Araldite. They haven't collapsed though.

Quattro 4, little bit of deformation. It that’s me not settling on them correctly. I like the idea of airbags but way out of my budget

Milenco triple for us. A good bit less bulky than quads, which is handy if storage space is limited. Also a little lighter to handle as well. Obviously, they don't provide quite as much lift.

Ours have provided good service for 15 years without issue. They have been given a fair amount of abuse too.👍

Just to add, I also bought a pair of Milenco mini levelers - they deformed in the Spanish sun the second time I used them and the van is only 3.5k kg. Shame, because they were really light and compact for occasional use. 😳

A lot depends on how much storage space you have. We bought Milenco Quatros just after the van and if we've not been able to level with those we've parked elsewhere. Robust, only deforming slightly if the ground they're sitting on isn't flat, although I've heard that newer versions don't seem so robust. Having the "cup" shape for th wheels helps when positioning rather than having to guess on straight surfaces. They have their own space in the locker.

I have both Fiamma Jumbo yellow and Milenco Quattro. Not sure why I have both!

After 13 years Fiammas have started to bulge, I'm only 3500kg. The Milencos have a few bits missing out of them, these are 20 years old though!

I cannot fault either, they have both done what is needed. I will be buying the Milencos triple though as they are not far off the quattros in height but take up less room as someone has already stated.

I've the Milenco Quads but as mentioned above, they are quite bulky if space is at a premium. Thinking about it I've only ever used the top level perhaps twice in the past few years so may get the Triple as a replacement. They are just wide enough to take the width of a 225 tyre. I prefer the 'dished' shape of each level over a plain ramp as you can feel from the driving seat when you are located on a level and the dish spreads the load around the tyre a little more . A possible downside if you are finicky about being absolutely level is the 3 or 4 increments in height might mean that you are never quite level but it's minor and it doesn't bother me as long as the wine glasses don't tip over, it depends on vehicle wheelbase as well, the shorter the wheelbase (SWB VW for example)- the more out-of level a 3" rise would be.

I have a pair of these inflatable levellers. https://coolmove.de/Coolmove-Smart-Level-XL-7 . So far after 3 months use, 6 weeks around Spain, no problems yet. Infinitely variable in height up to 20cm. Don't sink in on soft ground. Needs rubber mats underneath on gravel. I have an electric inflator, but can be hand pumped up with SUP pump, same as for inflatable paddleboard or tent. There other brands available. Expensive compared to ramps. Check out the videos in the link. Can hold up to 2000Kg per tyre.

I've seem the Milenco's used the wrong way up more than once - dished side to the ground and van driven up the smooth side, maybe that's why they get reported as deformed or cracked.
I even saw one used with a brick under the high end with nothing supporting it in the middel - that one HAD deformed.

I have a pair of unused Milenco Trident 3 levellers in their bag which I bought for a Burstner which had 225/75R16 tyres. I calculated tyre diameter as 744 mm. I opted for Trident 3s because I wanted the tyres to sit nicely in the pockets and not on the edges of each pocket, which may damage/cut into the tyre tread. (Quattro pockets seemed a bit "tight".)

Having now downsized to a LWB VW T6.1 Transporter I use smaller levellers.

They are large and heavy, and I will soon be advertising them. They are £70-80 new. £35 would do it, but I'm not going to ship them. Collection from near Marlborough, Wilts. PM me if you are interested.

We had some airbags and sold them after the first use. Sure they save space but they cost time. Worse it's the time between arriving and that first G&T.

Milano Quattro 4 for us - they are very large and rather heavy but do a great job - just lucky we have the space for them - love the idea of the hydraulic ones - such a luxury 🤩

Hi,

I have some Milenco Trident ramps for sale at £30, used once.
Based in NE Lincolnshire.

I have since gone for hydraulic levelling.

The price being charged by dealers to fit these seem quite expensive.
Is this something a third party can install, and any recommendations?

Thanks.

We used the Fiamma ones for about 18 months but they cracked so we ditched them. Went on to the Milenco triples and they have been fine - they go higher as well, which is useful abroad where we find that pitches tend to be more uneven.

Had mine fitted at AS air suspension Warrington. 01925 740666. One of the best things I did for the motorhome.
