The main issue is your rail height. If you try to fit one which is too short the roof of the tunnel will drop down too steeply and your hab door might not open.(unless it is a slider)
For winter use you need to consider snow load. There are dedicated winter awnings but they tend to be fixed not drive away. Do you really need a drive away? We have just bought a fixed caravan/motorhome awning and we don’t move once pitched up.

We usually travel Europe but plans have been scuppered this past year so taken on a temp job for funds to travel again next year, so probably wouldn't use againOh and btw,don’t buy one that is too expensive,then it will be easier to sell when you realise you don’t use it
