Which adhesive to use?

The joining strips that cover the wall panels are coming unstuck, what adhesive is recommended to stick them back please?

I'd give impact adhesive a go.

looks like a damp meter has been prodding there? was it you or prev owner, you may want to check it

I would use a dedicated adhesive for vinyl wallpaper. Make sure it is suitable for overlapping, unlike contact adhesive, any surplus can be cleaned up with a damp cloth.
