Where’s the best stopovers

Hiya all
We are looking at starting our adventures in Dorset where’s the best free sites and stop overs . Hoping to go on sunday

We live in Dorset, it’s not very welcoming for motorhomers!

From Dorset, the best free aires are on the other end of the Poole ferry unfortunately. (Not the chain ferry)

P4N probably have some but more wild parking than aires

Pub stopovers are prob your best 'free option' across the UK. Many are free IF you use the pub itself.

I have heard of one or two free pub stopovers in Dorset but they usually do not have water or toilet emptying facilities. You will probably need paid for sites for this. Many of the small sites are not on mains drainage and insist on green toilet chemicals so I suggest not using the standard blue stuff.
