Whats this cover thing called?

Hi all
I have lost the cover to one of the screw holes that holds the front cab step in.
Does anyone know what there called so I can try and find on to get a replacement....

Try a scrap yard? Long shot maybe.

They are easily lost,especially if you dont notice the hoover sucking them up as they are not fixed in very well.
I would imagine that they are just called side step screw covers, maybe a Fiat garage can get them, but I guess most people would just ignore it, but its annoying knowing its missing, my misses would say "check your pockets", I would say "check your hoover bag"

Take a trip to your local second hand motorhome and caravan dealer. Im sure you could borrow one from somewhere??
