Whilst we love France. It can get expensive for most things. So a short diversion to Italy addresses the (bank) balance. Nice hot, tasty free food to go with your €6 Aperols.

This was whilst visiting whatever an Italian brocante is called in Savona.

Then if course we had to finish the afternoon off with another at Noli.

To hot in summer, that's our winter destination. Cheap wine, free food and lots of free places to stay. What's not to like about Spain.

Aperativo, fabulous Italian tradition, love it . Heading to Treviso for a few days tomorrow and will be having a few myself
