What wind speed will tip a pvc over?

Interesting....

Was in New Zealand two year back travelling up to Mount cook and was hit by a squall of the lake that ripped out the panoramic sunroof on our Motorhome, all five handles were locked shut and it snapped the lot,
After retrieving what was left spent the morning with duck tape and tie raps before we could continue,
That part of the country is famous for its katabatic winds of the mountain,

As I said earlier, don't underestimate the power of he wind!

Was that one empty? If so high surface area to low weight ratio. Others not going over in same wind because they had a load on board? Just speculating...

In June 2019 I endured Storm Miguel inside the PVC pitched with the back facing the wind direction so it was pretty stable and escaped damage despite the roof being hit by a falling branch off a small tree. The worst of it blew at around mid-day and it was rather dramatic and loud. I don't know the speed of the gusts, but several very large branches came crashing down in other areas of the campsite. No MHs or caravans were blown over, although I could see at least one caravan awning was totally destroyed. During that storm tragically several volunteer lifeboatmen lost their lives attempting to rescue a fisherman who had ignored the warnings and taken his boat out to sea. That old fool also perished. A well-known local "character" according to the news.

An interesting and memorable experience to say the least.

One piece of advice that I heard to put your mind at rest in a bit of a wind is to go outside and see how much the van is rocking. It can feel like the mother of all storms inside but when you go outside you can barely see that it is rocking a little bit.
