What sealant for round door

Think I've got a gap round the motorhome door that could do with some form of sealant adding, and at some point someone has really badly fitted an external light with no gasket or sealant

At some point I think the door is going to have to come out to see the extent of the damage in the van at some point. Soft round the top of the door

For now though I just need to make sure no more gets in... The existing stuffooks like a tacky bluetac type of substance that doesn't set. What is this stuff so that I can get some more?

You need a non setting sealant. Loads if you Google it. Here's one........

White seamseal CV butyl non-setting bedding mastic comes in a 380ml cartridge. It is a white non-setting mastic which has excellent adhesion to most surfaces.
