What Satellite System works best for us

I would like to consider options for Satellite for wifi onboard, I will be travelling a lot this year also abroad !! any solutions, ideas or comments are welcome and considered, thanks in advance. Currently in Moffat in Scotland, off grid and warm as toast. But im going to invest in new underlay and carpet when I get home.

Although I don't use it, I would think that StarLink is the best option as it covers all of the UK and a majority of Europe.
