What is this call and where to get them?

These “covers” are behind some of the electrical sockets fitted to my moho. Can anyone tell me what they are called and where to get them from please?
I am fitting new 12v usb sockets and they need covering at the back.

Back boxes,depending on make of sockets,if you can put a picture of the front we may be able to identify them

It's a downlight back box. Try Leisurelines or ebay.

What about using dry wall electrical box and adapt them, cheap enough
