What is this bit called & where can I get one

The title says it all. Seems a spring has gone inside and it's difficult to open the door.

If the base van is Ducato etc... I would put year model and photo on breakers websearch and buy a whole new door catch and that way see what bit is broken or missing ?

Looks like a Hartal door, you may find it has just come lose they are only fitted with self tappers into an aluminum plate. You will have to take the inner door panel off to get at it.

Make that have a look when we get to Spain . Its so cold here even the brass monkeys have gone south.
