Welcome,,
before replying, what driving licence do you have.. can you drive a vehicle over 3.5t ?

If not it will restrict your choice .. especially when you need four berths

without being disrespectful, its not really sensible to quote that you just want a four berth. Four berth vans come in all shapes and sizes and some four berths dont have four seat belts ....

i would suggest that you make a list of what you MUST have, ie four seatbelts and four sleeping berths. do you want an oven, large fridge freezer, lounge at the rear or a fixed bed? single or double fixed bed, bunk beds? A class. low profile? Right hand drive, left hand drive? So, as you can see there is a lot more to it than just a 'four berth'. Think about how you are going to use it, do you want to make up beds every night? are you ok with using ladders to access the bed?

last bit of advice, if you become a fully subscribed member, there is a download in the members section, purely giving advice, what to look for etc when buying a pre used motorhome, that many people have said was invaluable in helping them choose a motorhome

Simply….old Hymer either B544/584. Great build quality, will last for years! Check them out to see if they will meet your requirements.

This caught my eye on Facebook the other day and would be interested in comments as it seemed an excellent starter van. Though LHD would be an issue unless it was for prime use over the channel.

(Sorry in advance for anybody that doesn't do Facebook).

Get a Hymer B544, if don't have an idea what you really need then these troopers will cover 90% of most people's requirements.
