can someone please help me what is a CL ?

certificated location, usually affiliated to one of the clubs and set out to meet thier basic standard

The CAMC call them CLs and the CCC call them CSs.

Caravan Club Certified site for 5 van or you may see CS which is the same thing only Camping and Caravan Club.
These sites can have anything from just basic dump and fresh water to showers and EHU.
