I'm a newbie
Please, please can someone put me out of my misery and tell me what the switch does just inside the door, top right next to the mirror please? I turn it on I turn it off but nothing. :thanks3:

Mohawk Mo If your Mohawk is the same as mine (2013) it switches the entrance light above the door off and on

My entrance panel has a light switch for above the door and another for a light in the lower locker.

It might be an old unused switch for something, as it's near a mirror could it be a light for the mirror, but if it's near the door I agree with others that it could be the awning/outside light.

Is it the switch for the light under the Toilet door?

Hi all thanks for your replies. Tried all of your suggestions, no luck, will email Autotrail but assume it is an old unused switch as suggested - will report back in case anyone else has same query.

@ Mohawk Mo The small door does seem a bit dopey, on mine I fitted a small book case up against it so when we open the door we have shelves for all our footwear. My access may be bigger than yours as I have the tall garage.

Thank you what a great idea!🙂 Only a small child can fit through ours and I dont have any small children I would like to shut in the garage. Not even my chunky choc Labrador could squeeze through it. I have asked Autotrail and will share if I get any info back

We have, on our Burstner, a switch near the hab door that is some form of 2 way switching for two rail mounted spotlights above the cab area.

You can see what I mean at post #16 on this thread...

Thank you I will give this a try👍It seems to me that someone thinks it a good idea to put a switch in but fails to put it in the manuals or tell anyone what it is for!:banghead:

Update - just recieved from Autotrail but sadly still none the wiser as their reply is incorrect. The switch in question does not operate the lights they suggest as there is another switch for those lights! :banghead:

"The switch you are referring to is for the lights above the lockers of the seating area. The small door opening into the garage is to allow access to the garage from inside the vehicle" WHY?? Anyone ever needed to access their garage through an internal door? In ours you would need be very flexible, vertically challenged and very slim to get through our door and not get wedged!😅👍
