What cost Dover to Spain tolls ?

If you use the ViaMichelin app and add caravan to your car it will work out toll class 2 which is what a motorhome under 3500kg would be classed as .

Just checked our Fulli tag and it’s recorded approx €160. Other than a couple of missed sections where we came of to find an aire then went back to toll road bit further down this was basically from Sangatte to near San Sebastián.

We travelled to Portugal in January and because of a tyre problem (puncture, repair, sourcing a replacement and catching up with lost time) we travelled south on toll roads. We're like most class 2 and the total cost including a short way in Spain was £164. The most expensive sections being the A28 and the A10
On the way back we decided to cut back and avoid some of the more expensive bits whilst not making life too difficult. The final bill is not in yet (we only got back today) but its probably less than half the outward bill. Having said that there was constant attention to speed limits through towns, countless roundabouts, always looking out for rogue traffic - indicators are rare beasts in France - and the joy of "priorite a droit".
I think the compromise is somewhere between the two depending on your patience and budget. We have a Fulli toll tag which makes tolls even more convenient and the French are moving towards automatic gantry readers which means no slowing at all.
