What AWG cables for 10amp battery charger

Hey everyone,

I bought this battery charger

Amazon product ASIN B076MPT624
and I would like to know what AWG wires I should get to hook up to the batteries. The leads provided are far too short for anything! and they are also thinner than a cat's whiskers.

10awg...

What length is the cable run to the batteries?

With such a short run it only needs a small cable 2 mm sq will be more than enough.
Awg wire sizes are what the yanks use we use mm sq here.

Beware!
Many smart chargers have a voltage sensing wire buried in the main charging cable to correct for volt drop. You cannot cut them off and replace with longer unless you make sure that the sensing wires are accounted for.

Ignore my last. Just checked the charger and the terminal type says it won't have the sensors.
