What are these?

I found these while clearing out the motorhome but living up to my forum name can't remember what they are.

Any ideas please... not the pen!

To me they look like drawer slides or latches Marked inside and outside it seems

One on the left is a pen, you can use it for writing.

Other two are for removing the head unit.

Thanks Lenny, you never cease to amaze me with the depth of your knowledge .. all I need now is to learn to write.
I did wonder if they were for removing the radio unit .. I will leave them in the m/h.
