Whale heater noise.

Hi, I have a 2022 Adria twin, the whale water heater pops and bangs, like a car backfiring the control panel then needs resetting constantly.
Have checked air/exhaust system and for gas leaks which all appears ok.
Have read of quite a few similar problems, has anyone updates of a possible fix before I return to dealers which is quite a trek.

We have the same heater ,
It does pop but not bang but not very loud.
We do have to reset if we have had the gas turned of for a while but after its ok
I would ring Propex look them up they can advise you on the phone
so when you call/return the van you know what your talking about

I imagine its got to do with the exhauste maybe tight bends

I think i have come across something you can check .
You have the outer pipe (The inlet air) the inner stainless steel pipe.
Check the inner pipe (stainless steel) is pushed into the orange seal and NOT just butted up to

Did you get to the bottom of the problem
