Anyone had problem with wet air filter on ford transit 2016 base vehicle. and how can it be avoided... Thanks

Wet air filter never good. Been through a puddle slightly too deep?

Check the filter box inlet. It may have been placed in the wrong place.

When was it last driven. Or are you thinking it’s getting wet whilst parked up?

I had problems with not my motorhome in the very heavy rain earlier in the year, whilst motorway driving when there was so much spray that the air intake couldn’t avoid/deal with it.
