Hi, is anyone else going to the Welland Steam Rally this weekend. We will be there camping with the Staffordshire and Shropshire Land Rover Club.
 
yes we are going with the MCC. Several others as well I think
 
Hi yep we will be there with mcc quite a few funsters will be there pop over and have a cuppa introduce yourselfs we love meeting other funsters. Would be interested in hearing about your Land Rover club
 
We are going with the MCC as well - plus Graham & Rosie (Suggy) currently pitched next to us up the road at the Drum & Monkey, Newbridge Green with several other MCC members who left the Blues meet this morning.
 
Another YES from me.. Again with the MCC..
Look for my " WEST BROM" flag.. their aint many around :smiley:

Hi 54 Mud,
just had a look at the Landrover site it only says camping on sat and sun for you. that's a shame we are all going on the Mcc Thursday to the Monday.

Minor correction. According to the Severn Valley Group diary the MCC site opens at 2pm Thursday but closes on Sunday, not Monday. That was also announced at the coffee morning at Upton on Sunday.
 
GJH.. Cheers will double check on arrival, past years never been an issue.
What it may be is that for legal / insurance reasons the actual MCC rally does cease on Sunday and so there is no official MCC presence or insurance cover. However staying till noon on Monday has been okay in the years I have attended..

Does the MCC camp just through the gate on the left?

Thanks Graham, will check on that when we get there. As Tonka says always been able to stay till Monday

Thanks Steve. I'm sure you are right about insurance cover. Looks like we may not have to move on until Monday then :BigGrin:
