Can I get my Chauson welcome 630 plated by Trigano at 3600 down to 3500
I can’t get a answer from SV tech

Have you filled in the online form with SvTech? They are usually very good with that.

Unless you don’t have a C1 license you may miss that 100kg and pay nearly double VED.

You can do it yourself, you just need a weighbridge ticket with the van empty no people, no fuel etc., just needs to show you have enough payload to run at 3500kg.

Did mine without a weighbridge ticket, just sent in a pic of the base vehicle plate in engine compartment (3500kg) and filled in the relevant section on the V5
