Weekend in Bakewell

Just added to the calendar the weekend of the 22nd /23rd November. A few of of us are meeting up a Greenhills Holiday Park Bakewell. Hardstanding available £13 per night. See calendar for details.

Hi Paul glad you can make it. I have just bought a Khayam Motordome excelsior, give me a chance to try it, dont know how many it will hold but better than being outside.If someone has a gas heater I can bring a spare bottle.

Well, we are sorted, booked in for Saturday and Sunday night. We are picking up the motorhome from the dealers in Chorley and then driving straight to the site.

You'll be able to tell when we arrive, as we won't have a clue what we are doing....

Have booked this morning. The lady at reception said we will all be together, a bit of a tight fit, but as we are all friends it shouldn't be a problem. Lets hope there's a bit more space between us than at St. Valery en Caux !
We'll be taking our walking boots even if it's only for the hike into Bakewell.

Really sorry guys but it looks like we will have to drop out of our night away., As you mihgt of seen we have sold our motorhome and are now seeking our replacement. This means this weekend sees us drive to both Summerset and Lancashire viewing. No doubt there will be our dream one in Scotland:Sad:

well done Paul on selling your M/H, Read your thread (Boo hoo) I can understand you not being over happy about selling your motorhome, in reallity selling something expensive like this is always nervy
to many stories of people being stung by dodgy payments ect, just remember these are the rarities, having read many of your threads your clearly switched on but worth mentioning when buying use an hpi checker, some of these offer £30'000 cover, all the best, sorry we won't meet you at the weekend maybe some other time, hopefully before the skiing trip

I have been ordered by Nikki, that we will pop over Saturday PM for a chin wag and a couple of hours, We will pop over between 3 and 5 so Blisters and I can listen to real football and listen to how Palace demolish Bristol city.
Nikki has then said I can go and get my self a nice Tart from the home of Tarts. . So hopefully some one will be around Sat pm.
