Webesto heater not heating

Hi my webesto heater is not heating the van . If I turn it to heating the water it works it's the heating the van side is not working .

This is a pic of the control panel it will heat the water when on dual but no blown heat through the ducts

I read about pulling the fuse but dont know where that's located the van is a 2011 challenger Mageo . Any assistance greatly appreciated
