With so many amber / red snow, wind and rain warnings we have been hoarding food, put sandbags around the doors and arranged for an emergency roofer in case the tiles blow away. In the meantime we have moved to the upstairs bedroom where we are staying in bed until a green all clear is transmitted.
How are other people managing during this terrible time.
As we are not living in Scotland or the West Country where these extreme weather conditions have become so regular recently, are we taking enough precautions?

Flying home today hope we get cancelled and we can stay until all clear rather than hanging around airports a diverted.

For anyone who manages to get to work in the morning there will be a mandatory evacuation drill where all employees must form a crocodile to ensure safe egress to a place of safety.

How do you know it's a crocodile and not an alligator

It’s -3 feels like -7% here this morning and Dee asked me to put the washing out on the line, it’s Scotland ! Enough said? 😜

Question really is ‘Do I change out of my Fleecy PJs first?
