Team, we drove to the stunning Plitvice lakes in Croatia and caught it all on camera

Great video - nice one indeed guys.

It has been many years since I last drove through the Sveti Rok Tunnel. The Velebit Mountain range to which that tunnel gives passage was just about the only thing (along with the mountains) that saved the likes of western Croatia from the Bosnian War.

We were in Plitvice Lakes in June this year on our whistlestop 10 day tour of Europe , we were in the Park at 7.30am which was well before the coach trips came, the weather was 40deg and we had an impressive thunderstorm that evening which due to the walls of the hotel being so thick we could have the window wide open and not a drop of rain got in (nor did the breeze though!).

Next time we go to Croatia we'll do it in a MH
