Today is a beautiful day - sky is blue with a few wispy clouds - a steady breeze ( all at 8.00 am - not promising for later) :Rofl1::Rofl1:

Look even closer Geo and you will see the jet streams and even the tail end charlie to the right of the left flag of the low flying super sonic fighting jets that scream overhead all day and night. Thats what is causing the flags to bend double :Rofl1::Rofl1:

Really wished i was coming but one of my best school friend died so going to funerul in Bournemouth (first of my school mates gone that I know of:Sad:)

Have a great time all:thumb:

The Funsters area is filling up------not too many yet to arrive
We arranged for odd showers today as the wind was blowing the dust around. We will get the rain stopped when the wind drops:Laughing::Laughing:

As we have booked everyone in, we didn't need to make an early start today, so had a bit of a lie in and woke up to glorious sunshine, although still too windy to take a risk on the awning.

Great bunch of Funsters, now all we have to do is make sure they all enjoy themselves.

Some trundled down in the rain to watch Robbie Williams on stage last night, but we could hear it well enough from our 'compound', under the protection from the event shelters.

The weather sounds as good as it was at last years great escape, was wet and windy with a bite (windy enough to break my flagpole) with a bit of sun thrown it then.
Enjoy - nice that you can hear it from the fun corral

I am sure a bit of weather won't dampen the funster spirit. Hope you guys are enjoying yourselves:thumb:

if your still there or you see them, can you tell Sundowners they have a PM, ta

been there as a day visitor today, would have called to introduce ourselves but had no idea where to find you lol.

Weather was kind to us, we had a good look around before leaving around quarter to four.

Hoping to meet some of you at the Bring and Buy next week, we are really looking forward to this event and so are the grand children.
