Can anybody recommend somewhere I can get our Autotrail Cheyenne underbody treated? Based on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis and wheelbase, our total length is 7m and height 3.1m. We are willing to travel to get this done.

I’m thinking about this for our new van. Can you tell me why you chose Waxoly instead of Lanoguard, pls?

Earky days, I appreciate, but where did you end up getting it done & are you happy with the work?

I understand Lanoguard is preferred by many these days.Easier and more pleasant to apply? Not sure so important with a new van when most parts will be galvanised not not an expensive operation to diy

👍🏻 for Lanoguard, it’s not as messy and does has better properties so I am told 😁

I read somewhere you're supposed to "top it up" yearly. Do you know anything about that, Mr Spotter?

It’s so good that Lanoguard stuff it needs to be done once a year, preferably twice🤣

I believe so but another 2 months I think before I need to 👍🏻
Who’s not done “whatever” after two years after being told every year, or 6 yesterday with a 4 year recommendation? 🖐️

is there a Lanoguard guarantee if you repeat every year?

anyone any experience of longer intervals?

Don’t think there is any sort of guarantee with any of these products, simple because if you put the coating on rust it will not stop it but probably make it worse.

My preference seeing the 6 month requirement would be what i used on the Bongo Fertan treatment then Good ol Waxoyl (in shed) diluted with white spirit for the hard to reach bits and respray every 2 years. But i see nothing that requires treatment (other than lubrication). (yet).
