Water pump to weak?

Have bought a Filtroniv 12 v but it isn’t pushing water from Aquaroll high enough up pipe to get into Autotrail

Pump to weak or as I have used a 12v extension lead maybe to little power?

Is it a self-priming or submersible type pump?

Pumps take quite a bit of current. I'd check the wire thickness and connections.

As per two is a good start. Can you try running it off a separate battery so as to have the fewest connections. Eg, from a car, starter battery or spare battery.? Also measure the voltage at the pump connections if you have a voltmeter.
