Fuses seem to be ok. When button pressed to start pump a "click" comes from the fuse box/water heater area. Don't want to take out pump and replace if the pump is good,is there a way to test the pump? Have had a persistent small leak from "T" pipe coupling that connects to the hot water tank outlet and pump was working fine a week ago,any help appreciated,Mick

Van is 2011 Chausson mini suit, pump is a sureflo, can't see the serial number without removing things

If it has frozen it might be toast. However, have you tried a gentle tap with a hammer? Sometimes they just stick. As above, try 12v direct.

Thank you, gentlefolk, will get some 12v leads when next in town if the very gentle hammer does not work (knew i would find a use for that toffee hammer),cheers,Mick

An extremely rare occurance but I just replaced my mates Shurflo pump as the fixed magnets in the motor had debonded from the outer case preventing the commutator spinning.
To test the pump in situ..... Remove the two wires going to the pressure switch on the end or the pump and connect together. If the motors good the pump should spin.
If it doesn't it could be lack of 12v.
