Hello everyone. I’m sorry that my first ever post would have to be a question but we’ve just picked up our first Moho, it’s a 20 plate Elddis Supreme 175 (which I think is same as auto quest???.). Out on our first jaunt and the water pump keeps cutting in, only for a second, every couple of minutes or so. Various googles suggest pressure problem or some kind of adjustment that could be made to a switch on the pump? My question is .Where is the pump located please?. Yes I know that this would be covered by warranty from the dealer but if I could fix this while on site would make our first week a little less worryful. Thanks in advance,Carol +Dave

It implies you might have a leak as the upstream pressure from the pump to the taps is not being maintained, or a non-return valve is faulty. Ours does it if we have run hot water. As it then cools in the pipe, it runs for a couple of sub seconds bursts.

On our 2013 Autoquest 175, the water pump is under the seating next to the kitchen cabinet end.

We have run some hot water so I guess first thing is to see if it’s going to do it all night or not. Cold enough tonight so shouldn’t take too long to cool down 🥶

Thank you, I’ll have a look in the morning. Doggie has crashed out on the floor after an exciting first day so I’m not going to disturb him

Some pumps have an adjustable screw on top to slightly adjust the pressure at which it kicks in - assuming an external to tank pump.

I am not Sherlock Holmes but one of his thoughts might be, to trace where the pumping sound is coming from. In all honesty the pumps in motorhomes can be hidden all over the place, low down at a low point in the system. Good luck!

In our 2017 .175 the pump is under the cupboard to the right of the sink. You have to remove the screw covers. Take out the screws and remove the top of the bottom shelf. Alwayszledt ours loose after that. A good hidey hole.
There is no adjustment on our pump and if the pump keeps coming on then you have a leak somewhere.
A tap .a joint Some trapped air.

Our pump was doing the same, turned out the frost valve was leaking slightly, check underneath, opened and closed the valve a few times solved it.

My elddis 185 has a whale pump and it’s not adjustable
It’s located under the bed /seat to the right of the cooker
As you have only just got the MH it probably needs more air vented from the system
I started venting the air from the furthest point from the water tank
On mine it was shower, bathroom sink, toilet and then kitchen sink and boiler
