I have a Carthago Malibu 2021
We have got all set up to travel tomorrow, filled water tank up but when I turned on water pump I have water constantly running from outlet pipe underneath, there are 2 outlets one for grey waste and one for blue
Any ideas
Cheers

Welcome aboard ;) The Dump Valve needs to be plus 3 degrees of more. Press the Blue Button on the side of the valve. When its reached the right temperature it will stay in. Good Luck (y)
:welco:
Frost protection valve has triggered, opens if temperature falls to 3°, needs resetting. It should be fairly close to the boiler.

Look inside the van above the pipe, you'll hopefully find a valve and you'll know the reason for the water coming out.

As Lenny said its your frost guard protection switch, you need to lift the passenger side bed (right hand bed looking from the front) and you'll see a wooden shelf with a latch hole lift it up to locate your boiler the little switch is on the side turn it to the opposite side its in now, most switches are blue but I've seen them red or black but you'll not miss it and you'll hear it click you can also get access from the garage but it's usually easier from above 🙂

I have a fixed bed I know the left hand side lifts up as you look at it from the front but not right hand side , I appreciate your feedback many thanks

No worries
The boiler will be in under there possibly located elsewhere but once you've found it you'll see the switch and hopefully that's you sorted

Could it be the frost protection valve open ?
It'll be next to the boiler and will need closing

This is what it looks like, you need to turn the knob on the top and push the button at the bottom in.

I think the Malibu one just has the turning knob on the top now Lenny so he'll only need to turn it although it could be that style but either way he's on the right track now 😉

Look around the outside and you'll see a flue, the boiler will be immediatly inside

Edit : the flue is the round vent visible in the photo, so the boiler will be on the other side and the frost valve next to it
It maybe accessible from the locker beneath ?
